The Mouth-actuated Catapult Endurance Tester For Toys is a testing instrument developed based on the standard testing requirements of toys, in line with ASTM F963, EN71.8.17 standards, and is Used to prevent children from accidentally inhaling mouth-moving toys or mouthpieces and causing suffocation hazards.

GESTER produced Mouth-actuated Toy Durability Tester is suitable for the test of the safety of the Mouth-Actuated Toys, such as whistles with a ball, the sounders with a reed and other toys.

Testing Principle:

EN-71-1 toys testing machine will blow-off certain volume gas in a certain speed and inhale the toy, blow-off and inhale alternately for 10 times, after the test, you should test the toy and the deciduous parts whether they are findings.

Equipment
The Mouth-actuated Catapult Toy Endurance Tester device is equipped with high-precision pressure gauges, tracheal joints for different toys, cylinder pressure sensors, control systems, and control circuits, etc., to meet the requirements of at least 295cm3±10cm3 of gas within 5S to absorb and collect toys 10 times. The device has a reasonable structure and is easy to operate. Compared with manual air blowing, it can precisely control the inhalation and exhaust volume, and the test results are more accurate and reliable.

The Safety Requirement Of Mouth Toy Durability Tester
a): Mouth-actuated toys Durability Tester and removable mouthpieces of mouth-actuated toys shall not be the small objects. (shall not fit entirely in the small parts cylinder.)
b): Non-detachable mouthpieces of mouth-actuated toys, if detached when in accordance with immersion test, torque test and tension test, shall not release small objects. (shall not fit entirely in the small parts cylinder.)
c): Mouth-actuated toys Durability Tester which contain loose components, when tested in accordance with durability of mouth-actuated toys, should not release any small objects. (Subject the toy to 10 alternating blowing and sucking cycles, each within 5s and of at least (295±10cm3 of air)

d): Removable or non-detachable mouthpieces fitted to balloons shall conform to the requirements in a) and b).
